چکیده
The results of field studies in 2018 and 2019 at the pilot production site on territory external dump “Zarechny” JSC SUEK-Kuzbass are presented. ecological coenotic characteristics plant communities formed areas with filling fertile soil layer (FSL) (0.5 m thickness), application potentially rocks (PFR) (1 area technogenic eluvium, as well layer-by-layer PFR (0.6 thickness) FSL (0.4 were studied. Geobotanical descriptions carried out according to standard methods, taking into account iterations. It is established that first years after end formation site, number herbaceous species increases all areas. However, use lithogenic resources frame reclamation accelerates development man-made landscapes, but does not allow reaching stages zonal formations.

Changing soil legacies to direct restoration of plant communities
It is increasingly acknowledged that soil biota may influence interactions among plant species; however, little is known about how to change historical influences of previous land management on soil biota, the so-called 'biotic soil legacy effect'. We used a two-phase plant community-soil feedback approach to study how plant species typical to original (i.e. undisturbed) and degraded fen meadow...
متن کاملRestoration of Plant Communities in Former Pine Tree Plantations
As human populations encroach on more remote areas, tree plantations are frequently converted into suburban developments or conservation lands. The purpose of the current study was to compare the effects of restoration treatments on the abundance and biodiversity of two former pine plantations in northeast Florida. Restoration methods, which varied greatly in both environmental impact and effor...
متن کاملComparing herbaceous plant communities in active and passive riparian restoration
Understanding the efficacy of passive (reduction or cessation of environmental stress) and active (typically involving planting or seeding) restoration strategies is important for the design of successful revegetation of degraded riparian habitat, but studies explicitly comparing restoration outcomes are uncommon. We sampled the understory herbaceous plant community of 103 riparian sites varyin...
متن کاملForest-floor treatments in Arizona ponderosa pine restoration ecosystems: No short-term effects on plant communities
––Leaf litter accumulation during fire exclusion and increases in tree density in postsettlement southwestern Pinus ponderosa forests may limit the establishment of understory vegetation. We performed an experiment in P. ponderosa forests of northern Arizona to ascertain plant community responses to forest-floor scarification and Oi removal on thirty-six 100-m2 plots overlaid on an existing eco...
متن کاملRecovery of plant communities after ecological restoration of forestry‐drained peatlands
Ecological restoration is expected to reverse the loss of biodiversity and ecosystem services. Due to the low number of well-replicated field studies, the extent to which restoration recovers plant communities, and the factors underlying possible shortcomings, are not well understood even in medium term. We compared the plant community composition of 38 sites comprising pristine, forestry-drain...
